CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Requests to cancel an order must be received prior to the shipment of your order at which point we will issue a full refund. If your order is already en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel. Please refer to Return Policy.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please check your order immediately when it arrives. In the rare occasion you have a defective item in your order, please contact 24K Packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every attempt to replace the number of defective items before your event. If we are unable to do so we will credit your account for the number of defective items.

 

SHIPPMENT DAMAGE

In the case of carrier damage in the shipping process, keep all original packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify the carrier and 24K packaging immediately. Unauthorized Returns will be refused and not processed under any circumstance.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. You can expect a refund to be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that the actual posting date of the return is dependent on your financial institution.
